NiM Control Room and Pins

Sorry to disappoint, but these two fights are so much like hard mode that I haven't felt it overly necessary to write nightmare level guides for them.


Main Differences lie in the control room or first section of this encounter.


There are now droids that will target DPS players.  They need to be taken away from the group by the targeted player.

A tank will need to taunt and stim (or use a defensive like deflection/saber ward/energy shield to survive.  DPS need to push the droid to sub 90% to cause it to run.  Failure to do so results in a high damaging raid wide that can lead to an easy wipe.

One tank typically handles this new mechanic and as such routinely takes all or most of the stims.

Groups have such widely different placements of droids, adds ect that each group really just needs to take some time and plan out each stop and go of this fight and where flares should be used.


The second part of this encounter, the run through the pins is the exact same fight from Hard mode with the exception of the new sanitization droid (I call him Mr Clean) returning to fight the group shortly after the reapers enter the room and begin cleaving the two droids.  Most of the time the team is quick enough that the warden droids are dead by the time he comes in.  General strategy is for one tank to pick him up and point him away from the group when he does his sanitizing thingy (red cone).
